This policy explains what personal information Velyra Digital collects through this website, why we collect it and how we handle it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

The controller responsible for your personal information is Velyra Digital, a digital product company that creates and operates its own software products, platforms and online businesses. Velyra Digital (Eenmanszaak) is owned by Tristan van Beek, established at Herengracht 320, 1016 CE Amsterdam, Netherlands, and registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42168180.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, email address, company name, the type of enquiry and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to respond to you.

Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in server logs. This is standard for keeping a website secure and available, and it is not used to identify or profile visitors.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us solely to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if it leads somewhere. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you choose to send us (article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website, and they process personal information only on our behalf: Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, and Google Workspace hosts our email. Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal information leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for. We only share information with third parties if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential business relationship, and delete it when it no longer serves a purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email contact@velyradigital.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we handle your information incorrectly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
